Ever & Ivory™ currently ships exclusively within South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Partner

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your products arrive as quickly and safely as possible.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on:

  • Weekends

  • South African public holidays

  • Company closure periods

During promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be extended.

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

Ever & Ivory™ shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If incorrect delivery information is provided:

  • Additional courier charges may apply.

  • Re-shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Ever & Ivory™ cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel where applicable:

  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

  • Re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

  • Original shipping fees may not be refundable.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may investigate with the courier.

Claims relating to lost or damaged parcels may require:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photographs

  • Courier investigation and verification

Resolution times may vary depending on the courier's investigation process.

10. Order Acceptance & Risk

Ownership of products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and notify Ever & Ivory™ promptly of any issues.
